DYNAmore signs agreement about WorldSID 50th model with Humanetics Innovative Solutions
DYNAmore announces, that an agreement has been signed with Humanetics Innovative Solutions, Inc. covering the unification, enhancement and world-wide distribution of the virtual WorldSID 50th Dummy model for LS-DYNA.
Two different LS-DYNA models of the WorldSID 50th were available. One was developed by DYNAmore with the PDB GmbH, an organization of the German OEMs. The other model was developed by Humanetic Innovative Solutions. DYNAmore and Humanetics agreed to join efforts by offering the PDB WorldSID 50th FE model to the market. The new model will be a jointly shared model and managed by DYNAmore and will be referenced as PDB model. It will be distributed worldwide by DYNAmore, Humanetic Solutions and a network of LS-DYNA distributors, who have the knowledge and experience to support the models in occupant safety applications: Alyotech, Arup, ERAB, JSOL and Theme Engineering. Customers of the current Humanetics model have the opportunity to upgrade to the new model seamlessly.
