• 14th European LS-DYNA Conference 2023: a unique event at the highest technical level

  The who's who of the European, American and Asian CAE scene met in Baden-Baden, Germany on October 18 and 19 for first-class technical presentations on the finite element software LS-DYNA. More than 480 engineers and decision-makers exchanged views on current topics in the field of numerical simulation and discussed emerging trends and future challenges.

• Kick-off to the future of fully digital product development and sustain-able electric drive architectures

  The DigiTain (Digitization for Sustainability) research project for fully digital product de-velopment of sustainable electric drive architectures is picking up speed.

• Cooperation on first steps toward quantum computing

  The fundamentals of applied quantum computing in the CAE environment were developed during an comprehensive workshop on applied quantum computing.

2022

• DYNAmore reaches important milestone in AIMM research project

  As part of the "AIMM" research project, the automated setup will also be used to obtain large numbers of training data sets for data-driven constitutive models. For this purpose, the data obtained will be automatically evaluated and subsequently stored in a suitable data format for training the yet to be finalized artificial intelli-gence algorithms.

• 16th LS-DYNA Forum 2022: Register now for the central event for numerical simulation

  On 11 and 12 October 2022, there will finally be a LS-DYNA Forum in Bamberg again. First-class technical presentations, informative workshops and high-quality keynote talks by renowned speakers from industry and research are, as always, what make the LS-DYNA Forum so attractive. For the first time this year, it is possible to present and participate in Bamberg or online.

• 16th LS-DYNA Forum 2022: Call for Papers

  Finally, after the Corona break, a LS-DYNA Forum will take place again. We look forward to welcoming numerous users in Bamberg and online from October 11 to 13, 2022. With the call for papers we would like to invite you to submit a paper for the conference and to present your work with LS-DYNA and the associated programs to an international audience of experts.

2021

• CO2-HyChain: DYNAmore part of the funded research project on CO2 savings in functional lightweight construction

  At around 160 million tons, road traffic is responsible for about 20% of total CO2 emissions in Germany. One way of lowering this figure is to reduce vehicle weight through functional lightweight construction. The "CO2-HyChain" research project is intended to drive forward research into innovative lightweight designs and further develop existing solutions to produce high-strength aluminum and hybrid aluminum-steel tailor-welded blanks. The objective is to significantly reduce CO2 emissions from passenger cars.

• 13th European LS-DYNA Conference 2021: a successful event

  With more than 170 top-class technical presentations in nine parallel sessions, 230 participants on-site and 600 participants online, as well as more than 20 sponsors and exhibitors, the 13th European LS-DYNA Conference was a great success. DYNAmore would like to thank everyone involved in making this special conference possible.

  On 1st March 2021 the DYNAmore GmbH has opened a new branch office in the Bavarian capital Munich.

• The French company CADLM and DYNAmore enter into a distribution partnership

  DYNAmore GmbH now distributes the software package ODYSSEE of the French company CADLM SAS. With this sales partnership, the Stuttgart-based company is expanding its product portfolio to include a powerful CAE-centric innovation platform.

• Head of Process Simulation Dr.-Ing. André Haufe appointed honorary professor at the University of Stuttgart.

  DYNAmore GmbH is pleased to announce that the head of the competence field Process Simulation as well as of the DYNAmore Material Competence Center (MCC) Dr.-Ing. André Haufe has been appointed honorary professor at the University of Stuttgart.

• DYNAmore successfully applies for a research project on AI in the field of material modeling

  The objective of the Artificial Intelligence for Material Models (AIMM) research project is to complement and/or replace the classical model-based material characterization with an alternative, data-driven material modeling.

2020

• ETA Inc., Engineering Technology Associates Announces DYNAmore as Master Distributor

  ETA Inc. (Engineering Technology Associates) has signed a master distribution agreement with DYNAmore GmbH. DYNAmore is one of the largest distributors of LS-DYNA simulation software worldwide.

• Research grant in aeronautics: Publicly funded project TISTRAQ approved

  In cooperation with its partners HEGGEMANN and FAU, the DYNAmore MCC is investigating new production methods of sheet metal parts made from titanium alloys for the aerospace industry. The research project TISTRAQ is scheduled to run for four years.

• Ansys and DYNAmore Accelerate Passive Safety System Development at BMW

  Ansys and DYNAmore support the rapid design and development of safe high-performance vehicles at BMW.

• Stay up to date - with the online offers of DYNAmore

  The situation caused by the coronavirus presents us all with numerous challenges. DYNAmore has adapted its services around LS-DYNA to the current situation and expanded its online offer with webinars and seminars.

• Call for Papers for the 16th German LS-DYNA Forum

  Every two years DYNAmore GmbH invites all users from industry and academia to the German LS-DYNA Forum. This year the event will take place from 7-9 October 2020 in Ulm. The forum is the ideal framework for exchanging knowledge and experience with LS-DYNA and related products.

• DYNAmore Corporation in the USA on track for success

  Two and a half years after its foundation in Dublin, Ohio, the DYNAmore Corporation is developing very positively. Customers in the United States are responding well to the DYNAmore services with high-end engineering solutions based around LS-DYNA and the company expects further growth in 2020.

• The LS-DYNA Material Competence Center of DYNAmore moves into new facilities in Leinfelden-Echterdingen

  The LS-DYNA Material Competence Center (MCC) of DYNAmore has moved into its new facilities in Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart. With the new location, the company expands its activities in the field of material characterization and sets the course for further growth in the future.

• New service from DYNAmore: free material cards for more than 60 steel grades

  In cooperation with the Austrian steel manufacturer voestalpine, DYNAmore has created a material database for various steel grades. The material cards are now available for LS-DYNA users and can be requested from DYNAmore free of charge.

• 16th International LS-DYNA Conference 2020: Call for Papers.

  In cooperation with LSTC and Shanghai Fangkun, DYNAmore is co-organizer of the 16th International LS-DYNA Conference 2020. More than 950 participants and about 200 presentations make the event the largest LS-DYNA conference worldwide. The Call for Papers is already open. We are looking forward to numerous submissions until 30 October 2019.

• 12th European LS-DYNA Conference 2019: a great success.

  200 presentations in 8 parallel sessions, 8 workshops and about 500 participants – impressive figures showing that the European LS-DYNA Conference was again a great success. The Rhein-Mosel-Halle in Koblenz located directly at the river Rhine provided the perfect setting for the conference.

• 15th German LS-DYNA Forum 2018: An excellent conference all round

  With more than 350 participants, 113 presentations, 9 workshops and 30 exhibitors, the LS-DYNA Forum 2018 was again an all-round successful event. The two and a half days in Bamberg were characterised by high-class presentations, inspiring discussions and a lively exchange of ideas.

  The LS-DYNA Forum takes place every two years in autumn. This year DYNAmore invites all LS-DYNA users to the Welcome Kongress Hotel in Bamberg from October 15-17.

• 10th European LS-DYNA Conference – DYNAmore is calling for papers

  DYNAmore is calling for papers for the 10th European LS-DYNA Conference, which will be held 15 - 17 June 2015 in Würzburg, Germany. The conference brings together simulation engineers from all over the world and is held in rotation with the International LS-DYNA Conference in Detroit, USA.

• DYNAmore invites to free LS-DYNA information day in Berlin

  DYNAmore GmbH is inviting all interested parties to come to Ber-lin, Germany on 3 June for a free informational event on "LS-DYNA – The Numerical Simulation Program for Numerous Appli-cations". The aim behind the event is to inform about the general-purpose computational software LS-DYNA and its associated op-timization program LS-OPT.

• FEMZIP makes collaboration between different sites at Faurecia more efficient

• ARENA 2036 – Automotive Production Models for the Future

• DYNAmore is involved in numerous research and development projects

  DYNAmore GmbH is a medium-sized company for FEM engineering services. Due to the company's affinity to develop fundamentally-orientated methods in simulation technology, DYNAmore is often a contact partner for publicly-sponsored projects.

• DYNAmore: New version LS-DYNA R7 available

  DYNAmore GmbH announces the release of LS-DYNA R7, which contains many new features and improvements. The focus is drawn on three new solvers for compressible and incompressible fluids as well as for electromagnetism that can be coupled with existing solvers for structure and temperature.

2012

• DYNAmore LS-DYNA Forum 2012 – a huge success once again

  Over 350 participants from 24 countries visited this year’s LS-DYNA forum, which took place in Ulm in Southern Germany from 9th – 10th October. With 96 high-quality presentations, live demonstrations and rounds of talks, the forum presented a re-markable platform for exchanging information on the topics of LS-DYNA, LS-OPT and associated CAE process chains.

• Simulation data and process management – An important step for CAx-LoCo at AUDI AG

  Developed by DYNAmore in cooperation with AUDI AG, CAx-LoCo is a software program for managing simulation data and processes. In a ground-breaking workshop on the subject of “The management of simulation data and processes in computational engineering departments at AUDI AG”, the course for the future of the software was set in Ingolstadt on 18th October.

• Volvo extends LS-DYNA usage to 5,000 licenses

  The Swedish subsidiary of DYNAmore GmbH - DYNAmore Nordic AB – has announced the expansion of the crash simulation software LS-DYNA at the Volvo Car Corporation to 5,000 licenses. Based in the town of Linköping in Central Sweden, DYNAmore Nordic has opened a new branch in Göteborg in order to provide intensive support to Volvo and other customers located there.

• DYNAmore Swiss GmbH founded

  DYNAmore GmbH founded DYNAmore Swiss GmbH in Zurich last year together with Bernd Hochholdinger. As a spin-off company of ETH Zurich, DYNAmore Swiss GmbH has now moved into its premises at TECHNOPARK® in Zurich.

• GACM 2011 – DYNAmore is supporting a conference for young scientists at the Technical University of Dresden

  The GACM 2011 conference is being organized by the Technical University in Dresden and will take place from August 31 to Sep-tember 2, 2011. At the event, various subjects within the area of computational mechanics will be addressed. This conference is a great opportunity for young scientists to present their work.

  DYNAmore announces the agreement for the worldwide usage of their crash simulation software LS-DYNA within the Faurecia group.

• 7th European LS-DYNA Conference was a big success
